Hmis2 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

Please read this document carefully before using the hmis2 platform. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to all terms stated herein.

Effective date: 1 January 2026. These Terms apply to all registered users and visitors of the hmis2 platform.

Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the hmis2 platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other device — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies published by hmis2.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should stop using the platform immediately. hmis2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice, and your continued use of the platform after such changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated Terms.

Users who are below the minimum age required under Malaysian law not permitted register for or use the hmis2 platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet the required age criteria.

Account Creation and Security Responsibilities

To access the full range of services offered by hmis2, users are required to register a personal account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. It is your responsibility to ensure your account details remain current at all times.

Each user is only permitted to hold one account that is active. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without notice or compensation.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. hmis2 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login credentials. Suspended or Closed Account Policy

Hmis2 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in breach of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, or using the platform for unlawful purposes. The decision to close an account is final, and hmis2 is not obligated to provide detailed explanations in all circumstances.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

By using the hmis2 platform, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines set out herein. Users are prohibited from engaging in the following activities:

  • Using bots, automated scripts, or third-party software to access or manipulate the platform.
  • Attempting to breach the security systems, servers, or infrastructure of hmis2.
  • Sharing or transferring your account to another individual without prior written consent from hmis2.
  • Spreading false, misleading, or inflammatory information through any communication channel on the platform.
  • Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
  • Violating any laws or regulations applicable in Malaysia while using hmis2 services.

Hmis2 reserves the right to take appropriate action — including account termination and reporting to the relevant authorities — against any user found to be in breach of the above rules.

Payment and Transaction Information in MYR

All financial transactions on the hmis2 platform, including deposits and withdrawals, are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is valid and belongs to them.

Hmis2 accepts a range of popular local payment methods commonly used in Malaysia. All deposits will be credited to the user's account once payment verification is successfully received. Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method and may be affected by external factors such as third-party banking systems.

Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals are subject to identity verification processes that may be required to ensure transaction security. hmis2 reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected. Any attempt to withdraw funds obtained through illegitimate means will result in account suspension and further action.

Users are responsible for any fees or charges imposed by third-party payment service providers when conducting transactions. hmis2 is not liable for delays caused by third-party systems beyond our control.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property, and Third-Party Links

Limitation of Liability

Hmis2 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses caused by service interruptions, technical errors, or data loss. The platform is provided "as is" and hmis2 makes no warranties regarding the reliability or suitability of the service for any specific purpose.

Intellectual Property

All content on the hmis2 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of hmis2 and is protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or use any such content without prior written permission from hmis2.

Third-Party Links

The hmis2 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. hmis2 is not responsible for the privacy policies, content, or practices of any such third parties. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of third parties before using their services.

Changes to Terms and Applicable Law

Hmis2 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this website. We encourage users to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest updates.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, while all remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
